| How do I place an order? |
1. On the Home
Page menu at the top left corner, click on the 'Makeup
Products' link OR click on the 'Dress
Color Packages'.
2. Select the product you are interested in and look through
the color selections and make your choice by clicking on the color
shade. You will see a check in the box beside your clicked
selection.
If you would like to make other color selections of that particular
product, continue clicking the boxes next to the shades or items
that you want.
Then at the bottom of the page, click 'Add to Cart'.
3. You will be taken to the 'Shopping Cart' page. The items
that you have ordered are listed in the Cart. In the Shopping
Cart, you will be able to see the Quantity, Item and Description
of the products you have chosen.
If you have made a mistake and want to delete an item, simply
click the 'X' next to the number in the Quantity column. If you
would like to order other products, click 'Continue Shopping'
to return to the previous page.
Your order will be held in the Shopping Cart until you are ready
to check out. Each time you have ordered another item, it will
appear in your Shopping Cart.
4. When you are finished shopping and are on the Shopping
Cart page, click 'Next' at the bottom of the form. You
can then enter your Shipping Information (where you want
your makeup products to be sent).
Click 'Next' to see your Order Summary and to verify
your order.
Click 'Checkout' and then your Billing Information
can be entered. When you have completed the Billing Information
page, click 'Place Order'.
You will receive an email from QDazzle™ confirming your
order.
We usually ship out an order within 2 to 3 business days. When
your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification
with a tracking code.
Orders
Outside the United States:
We welcome your International Order, but we do not accept
International charge cards or debit cards. However, we will
accept a Bank Money Order in U.S. Dollars for your total
order, plus International shipping fees.
To Place International Orders:
- Please place your order and click on the Money Order
option.
- After we receive your order, we will contact you via
your email address with the International shipping fee
amount so that your Money Order can be correctly made
for the Grand Total.
- Upon our receipt of your Money Order in the Grand
Total amount, your order will be assembled and you will
be contacted with your QDazzle™ product shipment
date.

only uses customer information to maintain and operate the website
and provide products to customers. Third parties do not have access

| What happens to my credit card
information after I make a purchase? |
| QDazzle™ and QDazzleMakeup.com
does not store any of your credit card information on our server
or website. The website is secure and Authorize.net is a safe
and secure credit card processor. |

have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway
since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic
check transactions for our customers.

| QDazzle™ and QDazzleMakeup.com
encourages our customers to register on the website to get access
to special offers and other valuable communications from our company. |

| What if I have problems ordering
on the website? |
| Due to security reasons, we will only
ship orders to a Confirmed shipping address, which is the billing
address as it appears EXACTLY on your credit card or debit card
statement. We will NOT ship any orders to UNCONFIRMED shipping
addresses. Note: If you have left the credit card or debit card
page without paying, your order will be cancelled. |

| How do I return merchandise? |
| Returns are accepted for damaged merchandise
only within thirty (30) days of order placement. We will replace
damaged product with equal product and shipping will be at QDazzle™
and QDazzleMakeup.com's expense. |

| How does a chargeback work? |
| Customers are urged to contact us
by phone or email prior to filing a chargeback. In many cases,
any dissatisfaction can be resolved simply and easily. A chargeback
occurs when a customer contacts a credit card issuing bank to
initiate a refund for a purchase they made on their credit card. |
